Our soft-wash roof cleaning service includes a 3-year full warranty against moss regrowth.
Using a professional soft-wash treatment, we remove moss, algae, and organic buildup while killing moss at the root to help prevent future growth.
If moss returns within three (3) years of the service date, Anderson Exterior Maintenance will retreat the affected areas at no additional cost.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies to normal moss regrowth only and does not cover conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:
• Excessive debris accumulation from trees
• Lack of routine roof maintenance
• New moss growth caused by environmental conditions such as heavy shade
• Damage or modifications to the roof after service
• Roof repairs, replacements, or construction occurring after cleaning
This warranty covers retreatment of moss only and does not include repairs to roofing materials.

Our moss powder roof treatment includes a 2-year limited warranty against moss regrowth.
This treatment involves applying a professional moss control powder to the roof which gradually kills existing moss and helps prevent new growth as it is activated by rain.
Warranty Coverage
• Year 1: If moss returns within the first year, Anderson Exterior Maintenance will retreat the affected areas free of charge.
• Year 2: If moss returns during the second year, we will retreat the affected areas at 50% of our standard treatment price.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies to normal moss regrowth only and does not cover:
• Heavy debris buildup from trees or gutters
• Roofs that remain consistently shaded and damp
• Structural roof damage or deterioration
• Roof repairs or modifications performed after treatment
• Moss growth caused by neglect of routine maintenance
This warranty covers moss treatment only and does not include roof repairs or replacement of roofing materials.
